    Pappy’s was the hottest ticket in town at the 2012 Fringe, and received a galaxy of five-star reviews and was shortlisted for the Edinburgh Comedy Award. Pappy’s have their own BBC show, Badults, and headlined Punchline for one night only with support acts that packed plenty more punch: John Hastings and David Trent. Hosted by Charlie Baker, winner of Let’s Dance for Comic Relief.

    Star of Channel 4’s Comedy Gala and Live at the Apollo, Josh Widdicombe opened the show with a set that tickled Edinburgh´s fancy. Next up was sassy Roisin Conaty, as seen on Have I Got News for You and heard on Radio 4’s The News Quiz. Finally, the mighty Nick Helm blew us away, guest star on 8 Out of 10 Cats and Live at the Electric, and the funniest, most thrilling performer on the UK comedy circuit. Your host for the night was award-winning comedian and star of Capital FM, Greg Burns.
